We shall partake in Sacred Ritual, Energy Medicine Yoga, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® and Cello Sound Therapy with Demetra Koninis
Add to our altar with a significant object, crystal, picture or jewelry.
Bring a mat, blanket, journal, pen, anything that will make you comfy! This is your prescious time to be in the unhurried present.
